The local infrastructure offers a spacious area with plenty of parking, a lake with one kayak for recreation, a children’s playground, a garden fireplace with a wood stove, a fire pit, a private party hall with a heated private jacuzzi, TV, barbecue grill (skewers and grills available), wood-burning stove (firewood provided), hot water in the sink with copper coil, pizza oven, refrigerator, stove, electric oven, microwave, foosball table, hammocks for relaxation, 400 Mbps wifi internet, full bedding, and much more for your leisure and comfort.

Sítio Libardo is also available for small events! To host an event, you must book the property's full lodging capacity (up to 8 guests overnight), and you may receive up to 50 additional guests for Day Use, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The property provides tables and chairs, while other items for the event are the responsibility of the reservation holder. The Chalets are climate-controlled with air conditioning, and one of them has an indoor fireplace. The infrastructure can accommodate up to 8 people, offering maximum convenience. Spacious and comfortable environments are features of the space, which includes three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms;

Bedroom 1: Double Bed, Single Trundle Bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Bedroom 2: Double Bed, Single Bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Double Bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Each accommodation has its own full kitchen with: stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, sink, dishes and cutlery, basic kitchen and table items. Blankets and pillows are also available.

The property is vast, filled with greenery and plenty of contact with nature. All of this is to provide our guests with greater comfort, so they feel at home, in a perfect retreat to relax and discover the best of Serra Catarinense.

- The party space accommodates up to 35 people;

- We have 3 bikes available;

- Children must always be supervised in the yard and near the lake area;

- We are happy to bake pizzas in the stone oven for you;

- We allow up to 2 small or medium-sized pets; Large pets are not permitted;

- A pet fee of R$75.00 per pet per stay will be charged; - Firewood is provided as needed;

- Please bring your own hand and bath towels for your stay;

- Our lodging is completely private, with all leisure areas available to guests (there are no shared spaces);

- We have two chalets, each accommodating up to 4 people.

- If your group is four people or fewer, everyone will be accommodated in a single chalet.

- We have a fenced area for dogs during your stay (2m);
