All this with the comfort and security of a condominium with 24-hour surveillance. Perfect for those looking for rest, security and enjoying a quality environment. The final part of the Condominium has another gate (for pedestrians) that has direct access to the Koch Supermarket.

There are 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one suite, kitchen, integrated living room with split air conditioning as well and a bathroom.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the wild: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, fairground. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can travel on foot, by car or bicycle, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, in addition to spaces available in front of the building for visits.
