The apartment has 73 square meters, with two air-conditioned bedrooms (one of which is a suite), plus an air-conditioned living room with access to the balcony. There are two balconies—one in the living room and another in the suite—making the space even more pleasant and well-ventilated. For added safety, there are protective screens on the balconies and windows.

Besides this beach, Penha boasts 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all within a few kilometers of the condo.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto road. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that points you toward Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condo, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car or by bicycle, and the city has bike paths, as well as plenty of parking spots.
