The house accommodates up to 6 people, with comfortable, well-lit, and air-conditioned rooms.

In the living room, we offer two extra single mattresses, increasing accommodation capacity.

The property features 2 full bathrooms, providing more convenience for all guests.

With 77 m² of indoor space, the house features well-integrated and functional areas, ideal for everyday life during your stay. The living room is cozy and equipped with a 45” Smart TV, air conditioning, and space to relax after a day at the beach.

Wi-Fi internet is available (currently being installed), ensuring connectivity during your stay.

The kitchen is practical and fully equipped with:

Induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, and cutlery.

In addition, the kitchen offers appliances to make daily life easier:

Blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and citrus juicer

Outdoor Area and Amenities

The outdoor area features a patio with a sink and cabinet, providing convenience and support for everyday use.

The parking area is private, with two uncovered spaces, offering practicality and security.

Everyday Facilities

To make your stay even more comfortable, Sampaio’s House offers:

Washing machine, full linen (bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels), hair dryer, and iron. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.

Access to the house is via stairs

The property also features external security cameras located in the garage area, ensuring extra peace of mind during your stay.
