- Additional rules Silence Time from 10 pm to 8 am;

- Keep the barbecue area clean;

- We are not responsible for any forgotten or lost object in the common areas of the residential;

- It is not allowed to hang clothes on the accommodation's balcony (we have clothesline);

- For us it is essential to guarantee tranquility and good coexistence between our guests and neighbors. Therefore, when listening to music, we recommend maintaining common sense in the sense that your music does not disturb others;

- Each bungalow is entitled to two parking spaces. Additional vacancies must be consulted. Request prior authorization from the administration for the entry of guests;

- We do not allow parties and events without prior authorization;

- In case of lack of any of the items contained in the bungalows, the replacement value will be charged;

- The key to the bungalow and the gate control are the guest's responsibility. The lack of them at the time of check-out will result in a charge for what has been lost;

- Every guest has the responsibility to collect their garbage and put it in the trash in front of the concierge;

- Our accommodations are prepared to serve up to 3 people. We do not allow people who are not staying overnight in our bungalows;
