I am an individual and private house on a wooded lot of 320 m2 with a large lawn. I have contemporary architecture with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. My proposal is ecological design with green roof, lawn, covered porch and tropical garden. The 72m2 house is located on a quiet and residential street, 4 minutes from Campeche beach. Ideal to enjoy the beach without having to take the car.

I was conceived aiming at the maximum integration with the garden. I propose that you feel the warmth of a wooden house, with quality design and architecture for people who want silence, tranquility, in a private garden with tropical plants and a spacious lawn to enjoy nature. The house was designed with concepts of Traditional Feng Shui and every detail of this house was made to make you feel as comfortable as possible and integrated with the outside.

The proposal of the house is to be ecological, attracting people who seek this lifestyle. The house was built in a "woodframe" style, with thick walls, thermal and acoustic insulation. All frames are made of aluminum with mosquito netting, allowing excellent cross ventilation. Also, I have air conditioning and 2 fans. Construction is recent with quality finishes and furniture. The house holds up to 4 people, but from the 3rd person onwards, extra fees are charged.

The house has 2 floors and is within a private plot, which allows complete privacy. Parking for 1 car on the property. The ground floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Outside, a veranda with hammocks and a pergola with service area. Upper floor with large bedroom, with double bed and 2 windows with blinds and mosquito nets. A closet with hangers will make organizing your clothes easier. A powerful internet connection (wi-fi) covers all rooms in the house, including a garden.

Large glass doors integrate the garden, the balcony and the living room, thus offering harmonization in all environments, whether internal or external. The kitchen has cabinets, 4-burner cooktop stove, electric oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, blender and other utensils. The bathroom has a shower with glass shower, floor and walls covered with porcelain. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which can sleep 2 people. In case you need to work, there is an office where you can connect your laptop.

The barbecue is at the rear of the house, next to the shower. We make available to guests a surfboard, bodyboard, paddle tennis rackets, 3 beach chairs, parasol and ombreole.

The house is 100 meters from the dunes of Praia do Campeche (in 4 minutes on foot you reach the beach!), Right in front of Campeche Island, enjoying a privileged location. In the surroundings you can find market, bakery, pizzeria, typical restaurants and other shops. In the center of the Campeche district you can find a more commercial environment, such as a restaurant, bars, bakeries and hypermarket.

The house has "self check-in". You will receive a code to enter the house. Any and all doubts about the house, the neighborhood, walking tips or restaurants can be clarified by Whatsapp with the host, who will always be available for any eventuality.

The neighborhood is close to the airport (15 minutes by car). Bus 3 minutes from the house that can take you to the center and other beaches. Neighborhood well communicated.

Dear guest, welcome to EcoHouse Campeche. Read these rules carefully, and if in doubt, contact us.
- If you are visiting, please let us know.
- Do not throw toilet paper or tampons in the toilet. Use the bathroom trash. The cesspool of the house is ecological, and accepts nothing but pee and poop.
- Only turn on the air conditioning when you are in the dorm. Above all, don't leave it on while you're out of the house.
- The street where this house is located is extremely quiet. We ask to respect the neighbors.
- The house voltage is 220 V. We have a 220V - 110V transformer in the back of the house.
- To go to the beach: go to the end of the street. Before the last house on the left you will see a corridor. After the corridor you will see a wooden bridge. There you will be in the dunes for another minute and you will be on the beach.
- Please do not walk with shoes inside the house. Wear Hawaiian, or even go barefoot. Contact with wood is therapeutic. The wood is sensitive to sand and pebbles. If something liquid falls on the floor, please dry it. In the shed there are floor cloths.
- The house is designed so that the guest has great interaction with the garden. We ask that during your stay, water the lawn, plants and trees. Next to the bedroom window there is an irrigation system.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. There are 2 ashtrays on the balcony.
- It is only allowed to park 1 car inside the land, and it must be parked on the concrete slabs, not on the lawn!
- Garbage: The garbage man goes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, around 9 am. If you can't put the garbage on the sidewalk, at the time the dumpster passes, leave it to us. However, collect all the garbage from the house, depositing it in this large garbage bag. You will find garbage bags in the shed.
- Maximum 4 people in the house. Parties or events are not allowed. Important to see how you defined your reservation. Third parties and guest rooms are charged separately.
- Before leaving the house, leave dishes and other household items washed. Leave everything as you found it. Including the position of the furniture. You can place the wooden table and benches at the back of the house, but when you vacate the house, place them where you found them.
- Pets are strictly prohibited.
- Leggies: especially in the summer, it is normal for mosquitoes to appear. The house has 3 electric rackets. In the house there is electric repellent that placed in the socket helps a lot. Just buy the liquid refill. And avoid leaving the doors and windows open in the evening.
- In the shed you will find beach chairs, parasols, surfboards, rackets, garbage bags ... everything is very visible.
- If you broke something, let me know. So we can replace glasses, plates, etc.
- Be careful when opening and closing doors and windows. The only door that opens from the outside is the wooden door. The other doors can only be opened, and closed, from inside the house.
- Handle the bedroom blinds gently.
