The apartment features 90 square meters with a balcony and barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms including a suite, and an integrated kitchen and living room with split air conditioning as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The air-conditioned living room has a 50'' Smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the apartment (300 Mbps), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium, and there is a washing machine. Lastly, we provide full bed linen, bath towels, hair dryer, and iron.

- In total, there are 4 air conditioners in the apartment. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned;

- We welcome small pets. Please note: medium and large pets are not accepted;

- Skewers for the barbecue are provided, but we do not have grill plates;

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all the conveniences for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, farmers’ market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other stunning beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 through the Transbeto road entrance. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Getting around in town: you can get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle easily. The city has bike lanes and plenty of parking options.
