The other two bedrooms are approximately 7 m² each, both equipped with a double bunk bed to accommodate up to 4 people in each room. The second bedroom also offers a dresser, fan, and outlet for air conditioning, while the third has shelves and an outlet for air conditioning. The available air conditioning units operate only in cooling mode.

The bedroom arrangement was thoughtfully designed to welcome families and groups with practicality, ensuring a comfortable stay in harmony with nature. Bathrooms and Linens:

The internal structure includes the private bathroom in the suite and a social bathroom, both equipped with a gas-heated shower, face towel, and liquid soap. For added convenience when using the pool, gourmet area, or during events, the property offers additional bathrooms outside: one for women, one for men with a urinal, and a third specifically for use after swimming. These outdoor bathrooms have support for paper towels and liquid soap. Please note: for events, restocking these consumables is the guest's responsibility. Attention: The property does not provide bed linens; guests must bring their own sheets, pillows, and blankets.

Chácara Pôr do Sol is available for events, provided a reservation is made for the full overnight capacity (12 people). Any extra participants will be charged a day use fee of R$ 50.00 per person, with a maximum stay of 12 hours (from 9 a.m.), strictly limited to 40 people on the premises. During the event, all infrastructure may be freely used, including outdoor spaces, pool, and gourmet hall. Mandatory rules include: no loud music or offensive songs; all trash must be bagged and deposited in the outside bins at the end of the stay; and guests are responsible for providing extra paper towels and liquid soap for the outdoor bathrooms.
