The house offers 3 bedrooms, arranged as follows:

Suite

Double bed, dresser, mirror, air conditioning, and private bathroom with gas shower, face towel, and liquid soap.

Second Bedroom

Double bunk bed, dresser, fan, and outlet for air conditioning.

Third Bedroom

Double bunk bed, shelves, and outlet for air conditioning.

There is also 1 shared bathroom, equipped with a gas shower, face towel, and liquid soap.

Note: bed linens, pillows, and blankets are not provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped for your convenience, with:

Table for 6 people, refrigerator, 5-burner cooktop, microwave, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, mixer, citrus juicer, electric kettle, complete kitchen and barbecue utensils, as well as dishes and cutlery for larger groups.

Pots, frying pans, large pans, baking dishes, preparation utensils, and basic organization items are also available.

Note: the property's water supply comes from a natural spring and may fluctuate during rainy periods. We recommend bringing bottled water for drinking.

Leisure Area

The external area is one of the main attractions, offering spacious areas for socializing, leisure, and relaxation.

6 square plastic tables with 24 chairs.

Outdoor Bathrooms

The outdoor area offers:

Women's bathroom.

Men's bathroom with urinal.

Outdoor bathroom for use after the pool.

The bathrooms are equipped with towel and liquid soap holders. Guests are responsible for providing these items during events.

Laundry Room

Located behind the party hall, equipped with:

Washing machine, utility sink, clothesline, bucket, mop, squeegee, and broom.

We do not provide bed linen, pillows, or blankets.

We do not provide firewood for the wood-burning stove and fireplace.

We recommend bringing bottled water for drinking.

Trash can be disposed of in the outdoor bins for pickup at the end of your stay.
