Neighborhood and Access:

- Armação Beach is perfect for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the complex has a bike lane and the neighborhood offers all the amenities you need for your vacation: restaurants, grocery stores (the back gate provides direct access), shops, pharmacy, and a local market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to discover, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condo.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance of the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that indicates the way to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the complex, and car rental is available.

- Getting Around: You can easily get around the city on foot, by car, or by bicycle. There is a bike lane throughout the city, as well as plenty of parking options.
