The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets (back gate gives direct access), shops, pharmacy, fairground. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.
