Part of the Ilha do Campeche Residential Complex - 100m from the Beach, the house has 2 bedrooms. The beds are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning and 50'' Smart TV;

Bedroom 2: Single bed, air conditioning and single mattress;

Living room: Retractable sofa bed and single mattress;

Unit amenities: 150 mega Wi-Fi Internet, bed linens, pillows and blankets, bath towels, 70'' Smart TV, cable channels and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and quality appliances. - The residential complex is located in a neighborhood with complete infrastructure, just a few meters from the beach;

- Accessible by bus, executive minibus, car or individual transportation service (Uber, taxi), the Campeche neighborhood is located in the southern portion of Florianópolis Island, less than 10 km from Hercílio Luz International Airport, 14 km from the city center, close to Lagoa da Conceição and beaches such as Joaquina, Morro das Pedras and Armação.
