Master suite on the upper floor: double bed, private bathroom with soaking bathtub, air conditioning, and fan;

Third bedroom on the upper floor: located in the mezzanine, includes a double bed and a balcony, offering a beautiful view of Lagoa da Conceição;

The mezzanine also has a single bed;

Fourth bedroom on the ground floor: double bed, air conditioning, and fan.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the living room features a double sofa bed, completing the accommodation setup and allowing up to 10 guests to stay comfortably.

The house has 3 bathrooms in total, including the private bathroom in the master suite, which is equipped with a soaking bathtub. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom to serve the other bedrooms on this level. On the ground floor, the complete bathroom can also be used as a guest toilet.

One of the highlights of the upper floor is the mezzanine with a balcony and panoramic view of Lagoa da Conceição, providing a special space to enjoy the scenery.

The accommodation offers complete linens, including bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. For extended stays, towels are replaced from the third day, and a full linen change is performed from the fifth day.

The living room has a fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere on colder days, as well as a double sofa bed and a 32'' Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. To use the streaming apps, guests must log in with their own credentials.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, and utensils for meal preparation. The property does not have a microwave. There is also 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, and an iron available.

In the outdoor area, guests will find a large lower deck overlooking the lagoon and the pool, as well as a private barbecue with grills, skewers, and all the necessary utensils for a barbecue.

Important: access to Morada dos Manacás is via stairs with 40 steps. The accommodation also provides 1 parking space for guests’ convenience.
