At Studio Melissa, we offer a modern concept designed to make you feel at home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, everything is close by and easily accessible. Furthermore, the ground-floor balcony and well-maintained garden make it a great place to relax after a beautiful day at the beach.

Our space is perfect for guests seeking a unique experience, relaxing and enjoying quality accommodations. The studio boasts a comfortable ambiance, a queen-size bed, a single sofa bed (with an extra mattress), hot and cold air conditioning, a desk, LED lighting, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom.

Our compact kitchen includes a single-burner induction cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, electric kettle, dishes, champagne glasses, and kitchen utensils. We also offer high-quality Wi-Fi for home office use, a hairdryer, complete bed linens, and bath towels. All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so they feel at home, in a perfect retreat to rest and enjoy the location.

Neighborhood

Campeche is a neighborhood in Florianópolis located in the south of the island. It was separated from Lagoa da Conceição in 1995. It has approximately 35 km² of land and its beach is 3.5 km long with a wide strip of fine sand that includes small dunes. The sea has cold waters and strong waves that attract surfers. Campeche is very popular with tourists, especially in the summer.
