House 01 – Natural Park Inn

House 01 at Natural Park Inn is a fully equipped and welcoming accommodation with approximately 80 m², ideal for families, couples, and small groups looking for comfort, a close connection with nature, and a prime location close to Ibiraquera Lagoon and the beach. The unit has a private and enclosed area, veranda, and patio, providing greater tranquility during your stay.

The house features 2 suites. The first has a double bed, while the second features a double bed and a double sofa bed. There are 2 private bathrooms, as well as 1 half bath. The recommended capacity is up to 5 guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children in a family arrangement, upon prior agreement at the time of reservation.

For added comfort, one of the suites has air conditioning, as does the living area. The second suite features a fan. The unit also offers a gas-heated shower, Wi-Fi, and a 43" Smart TV with access to SKY's free channels.

The kitchen is complete and equipped for meal preparation, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and toaster. The house also provides a hairdryer. An iron can be provided as needed and must be returned after use.

One of the highlights of House 01 is the fireplace, perfect for making colder days even cozier. A box of firewood is provided to get you started with the fireplace. Should you need a replacement during your stay, additional boxes can be purchased for R$ 50.00 each.

All bedding is included, including bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. For extended stays, cleaning and a full change of linens are performed every 7 days. If the guest requests cleaning and a linen change before this period, the service can be carried out for a fee of R$ 150.00.

Natural Park Inn offers a large shared leisure area. Highlights include the swimming pool, beach tennis court, stand up paddle boards, kayak, and children's playground with a playhouse. The location close to nature also provides special moments by the lagoon’s edge, with a privileged view of the sunset.

The shared area also features 3 barbecue grills equipped with racks, skewers, and utensils. One of them is a master barbecue grill with a full kitchen by the lagoon. Use of the barbecue grills requires prior reservation, ensuring greater organization and convenience for guests.

Another great highlight of the property is its location: behind the kiosk is the Ibiraquera Lagoon, providing a special setting to enjoy the sunset, while nearby is the Ibiraquera Channel. The beach can be accessed without the need for a car, making your stay even more convenient.

The leisure areas, including the swimming pool, playground, beach tennis court, stand up paddle boards, kayak, and barbecue areas, are shared among the guests of Natural Park Inn. To use the barbecue grills, a prior reservation is required.
