House 03 – Natural Park Guesthouse

House 03 at Natural Park Guesthouse is a spacious, fully equipped, and welcoming accommodation of approximately 120 m², ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, a close connection with nature, and a privileged location near Ibiraquera Lagoon and the beach. This unit has a private, enclosed area, as well as a porch and patio, offering more tranquility and privacy during your stay.

The house features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 7 guests. One of the rooms is a suite with a double bed. The second bedroom also includes a double bed, while the third bedroom has 3 single beds, two of which are arranged as a bunk bed. The property has 2 bathrooms in total.

For added comfort throughout the year, all 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning featuring both heating and cooling functions. The unit is also fitted with a gas-heated shower, Wi-Fi, and a 50" Smart TV, with access to free SKY channels.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for meal preparation, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a toaster. The house also provides a hair dryer. An iron can be supplied upon guest request and must be returned after use.

One of the special features of House 03 is the fireplace, perfect for making colder days even cozier. A crate of firewood is provided to start the fireplace. If additional firewood is needed during your stay, extra crates may be purchased at a cost of R$ 50.00 each.

A full linen set is provided, including bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. For longer stays, cleaning and a complete change of linens are performed every 7 days. If guests request additional cleaning and change of linens before this period, the service can be arranged for a fee of R$ 150.00.

House 03 comes with private parking next to the residence, with space for up to 2 vehicles, offering greater convenience and security during your stay.

For leisure and social moments, the property also features its own barbecue grill, equipped with grills, skewers, and utensils, allowing the guests of House 03 to use the space without having to reserve the shared barbecue areas.

Another major highlight of the property is its location next to the Ibiraquera Lagoon. Behind the kiosk is the lagoon, providing a special setting for enjoying the sunset, practicing stand up paddle, using the kayak, or simply relaxing in nature. The Ibiraquera Channel is also nearby, and the beach can be reached without needing to use a car.

House 03 is pet friendly.

The leisure areas, including the pool, playground, beach tennis court, stand up paddle, kayak, and shared barbecue grills, are shared among guests of Natural Park Guesthouse. To use the shared barbecue grills, advance reservation is required.
