House 04 – Natural Park Lodge

House 04 at Natural Park Lodge is a fully equipped and welcoming accommodation, with approximately 75 m², ideal for families, couples, and small groups seeking comfort, a connection with nature, and a privileged location close to Lagoa de Ibiraquera and the beach. The unit features a private and enclosed area, balcony, and patio, offering more tranquility and privacy during your stay.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed, while the second is equipped with a bunk bed with an extra single bed. The property does not have en-suite bedrooms and provides 2 bathrooms in total. The recommended capacity is up to 5 guests, allowing for a family composition of up to 4 adults and 2 children, upon prior agreement of the reservation.

For added comfort, the master bedroom has air conditioning with cooling function, while the living area features air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. Wi-Fi and a 32" Smart TV are included, with access to free SKY channels.

The kitchen is complete and equipped for preparing meals, featuring a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and toaster. The house also provides a hairdryer. An iron can be supplied upon guest request and must be returned after use.

One of the highlights of House 04 is the wood stove, creating a cozy atmosphere on colder days. A box of firewood is provided to start your use. If you need additional firewood during your stay, extra boxes can be purchased at a cost of R$ 50.00 each.

All linens are included, such as bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. For extended stays, cleaning and a full linen change take place every 7 days. If guests request additional cleaning and linen changes before this period, the service is available for a fee of R$ 150.00.

House 04 features private parking next to the residence, with space for up to 2 vehicles, offering greater convenience and security during your stay.

In addition to the private facilities of the house, guests have access to the extensive shared leisure area at Natural Park Lodge. Main highlights include the swimming pool, beach tennis court, stand up paddle, kayak, and children’s playground with a playhouse.

The communal area also features 3 complete barbecue areas, equipped with grills, skewers, and utensils. One of these is a master barbecue space with a full kitchen and a privileged location by the lagoon. Use of the shared barbecue areas must be scheduled in advance, ensuring better organization and convenience for guests.

Another great advantage of the property is its location next to Lagoa de Ibiraquera. Behind the pavilion is the lagoon, offering a special setting to enjoy the sunset, practice stand up paddle, use the kayak, or simply relax while enjoying nature. The Ibiraquera Channel is also nearby, and the beach can be reached without needing to drive.

House 04 is pet friendly. For stays with pets, an additional fee of R$ 50.00 applies.

The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, playground, beach tennis court, stand up paddle, kayak, and communal barbecue areas, are shared among guests at Natural Park Lodge. To use the shared barbecue areas, you must book in advance.
