House 09 – Natural Park Lodge

House 09 at Natural Park Lodge is a complete and welcoming accommodation with approximately 80 m², ideal for families, couples, and small groups seeking comfort, close contact with nature, and a privileged location near Ibiraquera Lagoon and the beach. The unit offers a private, enclosed area, veranda, and yard, ensuring greater tranquility and privacy during your stay.

The house features 2 bedrooms, without en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, while the second offers 2 twin box beds. The property includes 1 bathroom and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults.

For comfort in all seasons, the living area has air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. Wi-Fi is available, as well as a 43" Smart TV with access to the free SKY channels.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and toaster, offering convenience for meal preparation and storage.

House 09 also provides a hair dryer. An iron can be supplied upon request and must be returned after use. The unit does not have a washing machine or dryer.

Bed and bath linen is provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. For extended stays, accommodation cleaning and complete linen change are performed every 7 days. If the guest requests additional cleaning and linen change before this period, the service can be provided for a fee of R$ 150.00.

The property has 2 parking spaces next to the house in a private area, providing more convenience during your stay.

Natural Park Lodge offers a wide range of shared leisure facilities. Highlights include the swimming pool, beach tennis court, stand up paddle boards, kayak, and children's playground with dollhouse. The location surrounded by nature also allows for special moments on the lagoon's edge, with a privileged view of the sunset.

The shared area also has 3 barbecue grills, equipped with racks, skewers, and other necessary utensils. One of them is a master grill with a complete kitchen by the lagoon. Use of the barbecue grills requires prior booking, ensuring better organization and convenience for guests.

Another great advantage of the property is its location: behind the kiosk is the Ibiraquera Lagoon, offering a special setting to enjoy the sunset, while nearby is the Ibiraquera Canal. The beach is within walking distance, making your stay even more convenient.

The leisure areas, including pool, playground, beach tennis, stand up paddle, kayak, and barbecue spaces, are shared among guests of Natural Park Lodge. To use the barbecue grills, prior booking is required.

House 09 is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of R$ 50.00.
