The House has 200m² of built area and is made up of 1 suite, 2 demi-suites, 1 toilet, full kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue, living and dining room, patio, garden and ample parking for 4 cars;

Unit amenities: Deck on the side of the house with private barbecue, indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi internet with fiber optics for home office, bed linen, pillows and blankets, bath towels, iron, hairdryer and laundry with Washing machine.

External infrastructure: Our concept, in addition to being modern, is familiar, with leisure facilities for adults and children. We have a children's playground, slide, tree house, swing and children's pool. Finally, we have a beautiful ground fire.
