Location and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood offers all the essentials for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and a farmers' market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to discover, such as Grande Beach, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: Penha can be accessed via BR-101 at the entrance of the Transbeto highway. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- By plane: The closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: You can get around easily on foot, by car, or by bicycle. The city has a bike path and plenty of parking options.
