Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities you need for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open-air market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to discover, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will direct you towards Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Getting around town: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle, as the city has a bike lane and several parking options.
