- Armação Beach is ideal for families, featuring calm waters and lifeguard monitoring. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all holiday conveniences: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open-air market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradise beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the Transbeto road entrance. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- In the city: It is easy to get around on foot, by car, or by bike; the city has bike lanes and plenty of parking areas.
