The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the conveniences you need for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101, through the Transbeto highway. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero that directs you to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: it's easy to get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle. The city has bike paths and plenty of parking options.
