The house is designed for up to 5 people with maximum comfort. Spacious and comfortable environments are characteristic of the space that has two bedrooms, one suite, living room/kitchen, deck and everything in an integrated manner, air-conditioned with hot and cold air conditioning and in a modern concept.

Living room: Additional mattress, 38’’ TV and internal fireplace;

Note: Air conditioning air-conditions the entire space;

We have an external infrastructure of 900m² of land, full of nature: forest, children's playground, vegetable garden, garden, fire pit, deck with excellent views of the mountains and sunset and finally, we offer ample parking for 3 cars.

The 56m² internal structure has a complete kitchen: barbecue, stove, refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery, basic kitchen items and dining table. In addition, we have a hot tub, WI-FI internet, bed linen with blankets and pillows, bathroom linen with a towel for each guest, iron and hairdryer.

All this for the better comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of Serra Catarinense with extreme security and cordiality on the part of the hosts.
