Multitemporada presents the cozy Franca’s House an excellent option, very pleasant, perfect for your family and friends gatherings. The property has as a differential its location and view, has ample space and infrastructure with decks and wooden balconies with a wide view of the region.

In a place where only nature was enough, Franca’s House was built to provide even more comfort to nature lovers, the beautiful beaches. Here, waves and wind come together in a favorable condition for surfing, stand up, kite surfing, windsurfing and a lot of peace.

Warm and fully private, turnkey environments. Decor appropriate to the beach atmosphere, with a slightly rustic elegance, in soft colors. An eternal vacation climate, with a truly magical setting in which the visitor can be thrilled with the sky blue hour, hour pink.

Our structure offers 140m²: 5 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned with air conditioning and the rest with fans, with capacity in beds for 15 people:

We have 2 full tiled and large bathrooms. We also have a very cozy living room and 2 kitchens, one complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, quality appliances and another next to the barbecue area with sink, bench and table. In addition we have: 150 mega Wi-Fi Internet that picks up throughout the house, pool table, excellent quality bed and bath linen, washing machine and parking for 4 cars. The balcony has 24m², two bedrooms also have balconies and we have a large front deck of 40m². All with excellent views over the Ibiraquera region.

Located in a special place, where the encounter with nature is a spectacle in itself, Franca’s House is located 400m from the lagoon and 2.5km from the sea.

The region where the property is located has 24-hour Banks, Bus Station, Supermarkets and Commerce in general. Ibiraquera, in addition to its tranquility, also offers bars and restaurants with typical dishes, which are open throughout the year. The guest also has the convenience of having a bakery and a mini-market close to the house. 50km from Ibiraquera is the historic city of Laguna, where you can take fantastic walks on its beautiful beaches and visit tourist attractions such as the Santa Marta Lighthouse. The geographic set formed by the sea near the Lagoa de Ibiraquera enriches the place, offering different and beautiful views, but, in addition to the exuberance of the place, the neighboring beaches are also enchanting. Praia de Garopaba and Praia do Rosa, in addition to a rich nature, offer places for fun, with their restless nights and walks.
