The Skyline Comfort Club is a distinct attraction for your vacation: two jacuzzis, a swimming pool, a playground, a pet area, a bocce ball court, and a barbecue area. All this with the convenience and security of a condominium. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, security, and a quality environment.

It offers 90 square meters of space with a balcony and a barbecue grill, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and the living room is also air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed + Air Conditioning;

Note: We have a sofa bed, totaling capacity for 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and crockery and cutlery. The air-conditioned living room has a sofa bed and a 43-inch Smart TV. We provide full linens and a washing machine.

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação Beach.

- Plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent a car.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has a bike path and several parking spaces.
