The Skyline Comfort Club is a distinct attraction for your vacation: two jacuzzis, a swimming pool, a playground, a pet area, a bocce ball court, and a barbecue area. It offers 90 square meters of space with a balcony and a barbecue grill, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and the living room is also air-conditioned.

Note: We have a sofa bed, totaling capacity for 8 people.

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent a car.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has a bike path and several parking spaces.

Para acceder a la propiedad, es obligatorio completar un registro de huéspedes. Con el fin de cumplir con las obligaciones legales de la normativa turística (Ley n.º 11.771/2008) y los requisitos del seguro de la propiedad, solicitamos —tras realizar la reserva— el nombre completo, el CPF (o pasaporte) y el número de teléfono de todos los huéspedes. Los datos se almacenan de forma segura y se eliminan una vez finalizado el plazo legal, conforme a la LGPD (Ley General de Protección de Datos).
