The property offers 100m² of indoor space, and the covered leisure area is 55.86m², parking for 6 cars, a private pool, and gourmet area with a barbecue grill.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery, baking trays, chest freezer, blender, and complete kitchen utensils.

The living room has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, while the dining room features a large table and chairs for excellent meals.

Additionally, the house has: 500mb WI-FI internet, pool table, foosball table, bed linen, and pillows.
