CasaIvan features two private and independent suites, located on different floors of the house, guaranteeing greater comfort and privacy for guests. The pool, kitchen, barbecue, living room, and other communal spaces comprise the social area of the property.

Master Suite – Provençal Elegance

Located on the upper part of the main house, the Master Suite was created for those seeking comfort, romance, and exclusivity.

Its Provençal decor is marked by a Queen Size bed surrounded by a delicate voile, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The space also includes a dressing table that can be used as a workspace, high-quality Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, and a 32-inch Smart TV.

The spacious private bathroom features a gas-heated shower and a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments. The suite also offers a walk-in closet, minibar, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, premium bed and bath linens, and selected amenities.

With approximately 20 m² of private space, the accommodation also has a terrace balcony with a pergola and access to a reserved lawn—ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing, or savoring a glass of wine at sunset.

CasaIvan was born from Ivan's dream of combining his 12 years of hospitality experience in London with his passion for fashion, art, and design. After visiting Florianópolis during a trip, he was enchanted by the Magic Island and decided to transform his own home into an exclusive accommodation marked by hospitality, personality, and attention to detail.

More than just a stay, CasaIvan offers a sensory experience inspired by remarkable destinations around the world. The arrival is already part of this experience: after traveling a simple, welcoming street, guests pass through the property's gate and discover a true refuge amidst the native forest, where the comfort of a boutique hotel merges with the coziness of a home.

CasaIvan Standouts

Sustainability is present throughout the property. About 80% of the water used comes from natural springs, the native forest is preserved, and natural materials are consciously incorporated into the décor.

CasaIvan also has a small spa offering massage services and relaxation experiences, subject to availability, scheduling, and an additional fee.

The décor features an exclusive curation, with restored furniture or pieces made by Ivan himself, as well as treasures found in antique shops during his travels around the world. This identity has made the property a regional reference for photo shoots, editorials, brand campaigns, and content production.
