Inspired by the tropical atmosphere of Copacabana Beach, the suite blends contemporary design, striking elements, and thoughtfully planned environments to provide a memorable stay.

CasaIvan features two accommodations rented individually and privately, located on different floors of the property. This arrangement offers greater peace and privacy for guests. The main pool, kitchen, barbecue area, living room, and other communal spaces make up the social area.

Suite Room 4 – Tropical Refuge Inspired by Copacabana

Suite Room 4 is a contemporary space designed especially for couples who want to immerse themselves in nature without giving up comfort and bold design.

Its concept pays tribute to the tropical atmosphere of Copacabana Beach, creating a unique visual connection between the indoor areas and the greenery of the property. Covering approximately 20 m², the suite comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests in a Queen Size bed.

The room is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, a 32-inch Smart TV, high-quality Wi-Fi ideal for remote work, as well as premium bed and bath linens and select toiletries.

Open Bathroom and Victorian Bathtub

One of the main highlights of the accommodation is the open-concept bathroom, integrated with the suite's tropical proposal.

This space features a high-pressure shower positioned in front of a privileged view of the banana trees in the garden, turning every shower into a unique experience of connection with nature.

The beautiful Victorian soaking tub with electric heating completes the environment, offering a true relaxation ritual in an elegant and intimate atmosphere.

CasaIvan’s social area offers a large main pool, spacious lawn, lounge with bar, barbecue grill, wood-burning stove, and a living room with fireplace and Smart TV.

On the upper balcony, the hammock area creates a peaceful spot to relax, contemplate nature, and enjoy moments of serenity.

The social area kitchen is complete and equipped with an induction electric stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, grill, air fryer, sandwich maker, dishes, cutlery, and utensils for preparing meals.

During the day, the property is filled with the sounds of nature. At night, the silence and welcoming atmosphere foster a peaceful and refreshing night’s sleep.

Continental Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the stay and may feature tea, coffee, orange juice, artisanal breads, scrambled eggs, turkey breast, cheese, waffle with Nutella and strawberries, fruit salad, natural yogurt, and strawberry jam.
