Multitemporada presents Chalet CasaIvan, an exclusive 24 m² accommodation in Florianópolis, surrounded by native forest and designed to provide privacy, comfort, and a connection with nature. Located approximately 100 meters from the other accommodations on the property, the chalet offers a secluded atmosphere, combining the charm of the mountains with the lightness of the coast.

Created and decorated by the host himself, the space reflects his experiences, inspirations, and passion for hospitality, art, and design. The accommodation blends rustic, classic, and boho chic elements in an intimate, romantic, and highly distinctive setting.

The Chalet – The Meeting of Rustic and Classic

With a high ceiling and décor rich in natural elements, the chalet features a charming fusion of classic influences and boho chic style. Every detail was carefully chosen to create a cozy, authentic experience, different from conventional lodging.

The large door integrates the kitchen with the veranda, allowing the green of the forest to become part of the décor. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying breakfast, relaxing in the hammock, appreciating the tranquility of the property, or booking a relaxing massage in contact with nature.

The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 3 people.

The bedroom has a Queen Size bed, ideal for couples seeking comfort and romance. For a third guest, the accommodation provides a single trundle bed.

The room also features hot and cold air conditioning, a 32-inch Smart TV, premium bed and bath linens, and a selection of amenities.

The integrated bathroom has an electric shower and an elegant Victorian bathtub positioned before a large window with a privileged view of the forest, creating the perfect setting for moments of rest and contemplation.

Integrated Kitchen

The private kitchen features a high ceiling and is equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The space includes a minibar, two-burner gas cooktop, microwave, wood stove, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

Guests can also order food via delivery apps or enjoy the dining options available in Florianópolis.

Private Veranda and Contact with Nature

Continental Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the accommodation and may include tea, coffee, orange juice, artisanal breads, scrambled eggs, turkey breast, cheese, waffle with Nutella and strawberry, fruit salad, natural yogurt, and strawberry jam.

The meal can be enjoyed on the chalet’s veranda, amid the greenery and tranquility of the property.

The swimming pool is part of the property’s social area and can be used by prior arrangement.

Small pets are accepted with prior authorization, signature of a responsibility form, and a fee of R$ 75.00 per stay. Medium or large animals are not permitted.

CasaIvan was born from Ivan’s dream of combining his 12 years of experience in hospitality in London with his passion for fashion, art, and design. After discovering Florianópolis on a trip, he was charmed by the Magic Island and decided to transform his own home into an exclusive accommodation, marked by hospitality, personality, and attention to detail.

More than just a place to stay, CasaIvan offers a sensory experience inspired by remarkable destinations around the world. The arrival is already part of the experience: after traveling down a simple, welcoming street, guests cross the property’s gate and find a true retreat amid the native forest, where the comfort of a boutique hotel meets the warmth of a home.

CasaIvan Highlights

Sustainability is present throughout the property. Around 80% of the water used comes from natural springs, the native forest is preserved, and natural materials are consciously incorporated into the décor.

The décor features an exclusive curation, composed of restored furniture or pieces created by Ivan himself, as well as treasures found in antique shops during his travels around the world. This identity has turned the property into a regional reference for photo shoots, editorials, brand campaigns, and content creation.

The small spa enhances the experience with massage services and relaxing moments, available by appointment, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.
