It also offers a guest bathroom, a balcony with a barbecue grill and sink, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area with washing machine and utility sink. Includes one parking space, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children.

The apartment is furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

The linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request them in advance.

Cleaning of the space with linen change is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time is 08:00 to 12:00. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
