Today, CasaIvan has 2 spaces available, which are rented individually and privately (suites) and the social areas are for communal use. Each suite is located on different floors of the house, which provides privacy and comfort for guests.

The Super Charming Chalet is part of CasaIvan, guests can only use the pool by appointment.

The Space: Bedroom with a Queen-size bed + single trundle bed (sleeps up to 3 people), heating/cooling air conditioning, and 32" Smart TV.

The Bathroom: Integrated into the bedroom, featuring an electric shower and a stunning Victorian soaking tub next to a window overlooking the forest.

Private Kitchen: High ceilings, equipped with a gas cooktop (2 burners), microwave, minibar, Nespresso machine, and a private wood-burning stove (complimentary firewood). Leisure: Private balcony with a hammock and access to the property's large communal pool (by appointment).

🐾 Pet-Friendly Feature: Small pets accepted subject to a liability waiver and a fee of R$ 75.00 per stay.

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (14 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 14 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

Guidelines valid for all CasaIvan units:

- No visitors allowed. Space reserved for guests only;

- The Suite is part of CasaIvan, and guests can use all the infrastructure of the House;

- We provide firewood for the fireplace and wood-burning stove, at no extra charge.

- We have a small Spa in the house and offer massage services (subject to availability and for an extra charge);

- We do not allow smoking in the house;

Additional guidelines for the Chalé Super Charmoso:

- The rental entitles you to exclusive use of the entire chalet;

- The Chalet is part of CasaIvan, guests can use the swimming pool upon request;

- For reservations for 3 people, a single sofa bed is used.
