Neighborhood and Distances:

- We are located between the most beautiful beaches in the south of the state. Surrounded by nature, between beaches and dunes, rivers and lagoons. Close to Praia do Rosa and Lagoa de Ibiraquera, which has a very different characteristic: at least once a year, the sea water meets the fresh water of Lagoa de Ibiraquera, giving rise to a beautiful natural phenomenon.

- The house is 50m from the center of Praia do Rosa and 400m from the beach on foot! Exclusive beach location near Lagoa do Meio and beach bars such as Maram Beach Garden, San Diego Grill and Beleza Pura. Nearby amenities include a pharmacy, bakery and supermarkets.

⚠️ The Valley Experience is valid from May 1st to November 1st, excluding public holidays!

✅ We provide bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;

✅ Towels changed every 3 days and bed linen changed every 5 days;
✅ Extra towel change for R$25.00 and extra bed linen change for R$40.00;
✅ Daily cleaning service; must be requested from the host, Augustin;

PET POLICY

✅ We allow up to 2 small pets, up to 8kg (with a pet fee of R$75.00 per stay and per pet);

⚠️ We accept large or medium-sized pets upon consultation;

CHILDREN'S POLICY

✅Children are welcome, we exempt one child up to 7 years old from the fee (others normal fee).

✅ We provide a crib.

VISITORS' POLICY

⚠️ Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

✅ The internet is of excellent quality and is very suitable for streaming services and video calls for meetings, if necessary;

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 60 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

- Only one small pet allowed, upon request;

- Smoking inside the units is prohibited and subject to a fine;

- Loud noise is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM;

- Visitors are not allowed during the stay; the space is exclusively for guests;

- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilets; please use the trash bins;

- Towels changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days;

- Extra towel change: R$ 25.00; extra bed linen change: R$ 40.00;

- Daily cleaning service available; please request this from the host, Augustín;
