*PET POLICY*
Pets are allowed for a fee of R$30.00.
1. Any damage caused by the animal must be covered by its owner.
2. It is the pet owner's responsibility to pick up their pet's feces.
3. Pets are not allowed in the shared kitchen.
4. We kindly ask that you bring your pet's belongings, such as: sleeping bed, blanket, water and food bowls, diaper, etc.
*CHILDREN'S POLICY*
✅Children are welcome; we waive the fee for one child up to 5 years old (others pay the normal fee).
⚠️We do not provide cribs.
Bed and bath linen policies
Linen:
We provide all bed linens, including towels and pool towels.
How do we change bed linens?
We change towels after 3 days and bed linen on the fourth day.

Cancellation and Change Policy
Change in number of people:
This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Change of dates or rescheduling:
Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.
Early termination of stay:
If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.
Cancellation of reservation:
Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.
Internal guidelines
- Do not leave towels and bedding on the floor and remove the trash.
- Toilet paper is prohibited in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area;
- Visitors are not allowed;
- PET RULES:
