This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Our opening hours are:

- Check-in from 2:00 pm to 20:00 pm (Other times upon prior consultation).
- Check-out until 11:00 am.
⚠️ We do not have a reception at the property, so it will always be necessary to adjust the arrival time in advance!

*PET POLICY*

We allow medium-sized pets for a fee of R$ 100.00.

1. Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by its owner.

2. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet.

3. Pets are not permitted in the kitchen.

4. We kindly ask that you bring your pet’s personal belongings, such as a bed, blanket, food and water bowls, puppy pads, etc.

We provide a full set of bed and bath linens. We change them every 2 days.

Accommodation Layout:
🌷 Provence Chalet (up to 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 child): Features a suite with a Queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a whirlpool tub with a mountain view, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda with a porch swing. Ideal for relaxation and romantic getaways.
✨ Glass Chalet (up to 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 child): Includes a suite with a Queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a bathtub with a panoramic view of the mountains and sunset, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda. A perfect retreat for enjoying nature in comfort.
🌲 Araucária Chalet (up to 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 child): Offers a suite with a Queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a bathtub with a prime view, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda with a porch swing. A cozy space to enjoy tranquility and natural beauty.
🌳 Treehouse Chalet: A charming and welcoming accommodation, ideal for special moments as a couple. It features a private bedroom, a sofa bed, a Jacuzzi, a fireplace, and an enchanting mountain view. It does not have a full kitchen, but it is equipped with a minibar, microwave, electric kettle, and basic utensils.
🌸 Agapantos Chalet (ideal for couples): A romantic retreat featuring a Queen-size bed, a relaxing bathtub, a fireplace, and views of the mountains and sunset. It offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere, perfect for those looking to rest and enjoy special moments together.

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

- Do not leave towels and bedding on the floor.

- Toilet paper is prohibited in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans.

- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area;

- Visitors are not allowed;
