Our opening hours are:

- Check-in from 2:00 pm to 20:00 pm (Other times upon prior consultation).
- Check-out until 12:00.
⚠️ We do not have a reception at the property, so it will always be necessary to adjust the arrival time in advance!

*PET POLICY*

Small pets are allowed upon request and payment of a R$ 100.00 pet fee.

1. Any damage caused by the animal must be covered by the owner.

2. It is the pet owner's responsibility to clean up after their pet.

3. Pets are not permitted in the shared kitchen.

4. We kindly ask that you bring your pet's belongings, such as a sleeping bed, blanket, water and food bowls, puppy pads, etc.

✅Children are welcome; one child up to 5 years of age stays free of charge (standard rates apply for additional children).

We offer a delicious buffet breakfast included in your stay. It is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Standard Suite: Accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. It includes a minibar and a TV, offering a practical and comfortable stay. This unit does not have air conditioning.

🛏️ Quadruple Comfort Suite: Accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bunk beds; it is ideal for families, groups of friends, or guests who prefer individual beds. It includes air conditioning, a minibar, and a TV.

✨ Deluxe Suite: Accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. It includes air conditioning, a minibar, a TV, and a private terrace, providing extra comfort during your stay. There are 2 units of this category available.

🌊 Shared Facilities: Pousada Baleia Franca is located just 20 meters from the beach and offers a communal pool (open from 10 AM to 9 PM), a barbecue area, and a shared kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, and cutlery.

☕ Breakfast is included in your stay. All units come with bed and bath linens (changed every 2 days), 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a TV.

🚗 The inn has 15 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. For added security, there are surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas.

⚠️ Important: all units require the use of stairs for access.

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (60 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 60 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

- Do not leave towels or bed linen on the floor; please remove the trash.

- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet; please use the trash bins.

- Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- PET RULES:
