This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Our opening hours are:

- Check-in from 3:00 pm to 20:00 pm (Other times upon prior consultation).
- Check-out until 11:00 am.

*PET POLICY*

We allow medium-sized pets for a fee of R$ 50.00.

1. Any damage caused by the animal must be covered by the owner.

2. It is the pet owner's responsibility to clean up after their pet.

3. Pets are not allowed in the kitchen.

4. We kindly ask that you bring your pet's belongings, such as a sleeping bed, blanket, water and food bowls, puppy pads, etc.

*CHILD POLICY*

✅Children are welcome; one child up to 5 years of age stays free of charge (standard rates apply for additional children).

We provide a full set of bed and bath linens. We change them every 7 days; if you require a change sooner, there is a fee of R$ 150.00 for the complete service.

🏡 House 01: Sleeps up to 5 guests; features 2 suites—one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus a sofa bed. Includes a full kitchen, fireplace, veranda, and patio.
🏡 House 02: Spacious and ideal for families and groups; sleeps up to 7 people across 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite). Features a full kitchen, fireplace, veranda, patio, and private barbecue area.
🏡 House 03: Sleeps up to 7 people across 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite). Features a full kitchen, fireplace, veranda, patio, and private barbecue area.
🏡 House 04: Sleeps up to 5 guests; features 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a veranda, and a patio.
💑 House 04 Standard: Compact 18 m² suite, ideal for couples; features a double bed, air conditioning, TV, minibar, and induction cooktop.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 House 05: Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Features a full kitchen, veranda, and patio.
💑 House 06: 25 m² suite for up to 2 adults; features a queen bed, heating/cooling air conditioning, balcony, and kitchenette.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 House 07: Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Features a full kitchen, veranda, and patio.
💑 House 08: Cozy suite for up to 2 adults; features a queen bed, heating/cooling air conditioning, balcony, and kitchenette.
🏡 House 09: Sleeps up to 4 people across 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Features a veranda, patio, and equipped kitchen. 🏡 House 10: Accommodates up to 3 adults; features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, a veranda, and a patio.
🌅 House 11: Open-concept bungalow for couples; accommodates up to 2 adults in a queen-size bed. Features a private deck, an in-ground fire pit, a private barbecue grill, a full kitchen, and a view of the lagoon.

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

- Do not leave towels and bedding on the floor and remove the trash.

- Toilet paper is prohibited in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans.

- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area;

- Visitors are not allowed;
