We provide complete bed linen with pillows and blankets and bath towels. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), iron, ironing board and washing machine.

- Condominium has an elevator;

- Bed linen for all beds (sheet + fitted sheet, cover for 10 pillows + 2 extra sets, blankets and 10 sets of towels (bath and face);

Region:

- The beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street of the building is central, being in a neighborhood that offers all the amenities for holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, bank, etc.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car or bicycle, the city has a cycle path, as well as several parking spaces.

HOUSE RULES:

- At check-in you will be given a KEY, two TAGs and a CONTROL that must be returned at check-out.

- Respect noise hours. The “Law of Silence” in condominiums is from 10pm until 7am on weekdays and from 10pm until 9am on weekends.

- The showers are gas, so for a cozy shower, the suggestion is to first open the left side to hot and wait a few seconds to temper the water with the right side (cold water).

- Please use towels only inside the apartment. Do not take bath and face towels to the beach.

- When leaving the apartment, it is your responsibility to take your trash to the correct location at the entrance to the building on the right. Please separate and pack the rubbish well and place it in the specific bins.

- Thus, as the dishes must be washed, the environments must be in order and no type of food must be left in the room. Thank you very much!

- The days can be hot, so feel free to use the air conditioning, the recommended temperature is 23º and set it to cool mode.

- Remember to close the doors and windows, this way the room stays at a pleasant temperature and refreshes faster.

- The door at the end of the corridor is locked and must remain locked, do not try to open it. Private Family Room.

- Garden area is shared with other residents of the condominium. So collect all your belongings and please enter the building dry and free of sand. If you need to clean or dry, use the cleaning materials available in the washroom. - Guests must leave the dishes washed and collect the trash;

- Smoking only outside;

- Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am;

- Do not throw toilet paper down the toilet;

- We love PETs, but we do not accept animals;
