The house is situated on a plot of land with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, games room, gourmet area with barbecue and a beautiful view of the sunset! Chácara Pagará has 100m² and has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite, living/dining room, fitted kitchen, guest bathroom and external bathroom with shower. Capacity goes up to 10 guests with maximum comfort, and for larger groups we can check availability.

Suite: Double bed, air conditioning and 50'' Smart TV;

Dormitory 1: Double bed and air conditioning;

Bedroom 2: Double bed and 32'' Smart TV;

Living Room: Large Double Sofa Bed and 65'' Smart TV;

Note: We have 1 additional double inflatable mattress available;
