With a focus on well-being, social interaction, and contact with nature, Chácara 3 Poderes was designed to welcome large groups with comfort, functionality, and freedom. Spacious, airy, and surrounded by green areas, it is the ideal venue for events, family gatherings, retreats, and get-togethers, offering tranquility without giving up a full range of amenities.

Located in Guararema, the property is in a quiet and easily accessible area, close to the Dutra Highway. It is approximately 1.3 km from the Graal Station, at the exit that gives access to the property, and about 650 meters from a fishing spot, bringing even more leisure options in the area.

Accommodations and Capacity

The property offers 10 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and various bed configurations. For comfortable occupancy, it accommodates around 60 people, but can receive more guests in specific situations, as there are plenty of beds and extra mattresses for more than 60 guests.

The master suite features a bathtub/jacuzzi, providing an extra touch of comfort.

In total, there are 16 bathrooms, two of which are accessible:

1 located in the social area (near the kitchen, hall, and barbecue)

1 located in bedroom 5

The property also features accessibility ramps, allowing easy access to 7 bedrooms, the kids’ pool, the upper adult pool, the kitchen, the hall, and the barbecue area.

The property also has 2 TVs (one in the master suite and another in the living room), iron, and ironing board.

No air-conditioning; the rooms are well-ventilated, but bringing extra fans is recommended for those sensitive to heat

Bed linen, towels, and blankets are not provided, but we supply 60 pillows.
