With German-style architecture and set in a lush natural landscape, the Beautiful German-Style House in Rancho Queimado is a special retreat for those seeking peace, mild temperatures, and a true immersion into the calm rhythm of the Serra region. Surrounded by greenery, silence, and natural scenery, the property invites you to slow down and enjoy the simple luxuries of time, serenity, and contact with nature.

Located at approximately 900 meters above sea level, the house is situated on an estate of about 1 million square meters, where guests can roam, go on walks, take hikes, and visit a stunning waterfall with three cascades and several natural pools—one of the highlights of the experience.

The house has 3 bedrooms, all designed to provide comfort and restful nights, with no en-suite bathrooms.

Comfortably accommodates up to 8 people; there are no extra mattresses or sofa beds available.

The house provides complete bed linens, including blankets, pillows, bath towels, and face towels, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.

The social area is cozy and functional, ideal for relaxation and gathering after exploring the mountain. The living room features a 42” TV with cable channels, perfect for leisure moments.

The kitchen is equipped for daily use and group meals, including:

As a charming touch, the house has a large wood-burning stove, bringing that cozy atmosphere typical of the mountains.

For gatherings, the property offers a portable iron grill and 2 skewers.

Outside, the fenced yard has about 500 m², providing plenty of space for circulation and parking. The main highlight, however, is the access to the vast surrounding estate, which offers a truly rural and natural experience.
