- If you are visiting, please let us know.
- Do not throw toilet paper or tampons in the toilet. Use the bathroom trash. The cesspool of the house is ecological, and accepts nothing but pee and poop.
- Only turn on the air conditioning when you are in the dorm. Above all, don't leave it on while you're out of the house.
- The street where this house is located is extremely quiet. We ask to respect the neighbors.
- The house voltage is 220 V. We have a 220V - 110V transformer in the back of the house.
- To go to the beach: go to the end of the street. Before the last house on the left you will see a corridor. After the corridor you will see a wooden bridge. There you will be in the dunes for another minute and you will be on the beach.
- Please do not walk with shoes inside the house. Wear Hawaiian, or even go barefoot. Contact with wood is therapeutic. The wood is sensitive to sand and pebbles. If something liquid falls on the floor, please dry it. In the shed there are floor cloths.
- The house is designed so that the guest has great interaction with the garden. We ask that during your stay, water the lawn, plants and trees. Next to the bedroom window there is an irrigation system.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. There are 2 ashtrays on the balcony.
- It is only allowed to park 1 car inside the land, and it must be parked on the concrete slabs, not on the lawn!
- Garbage: The garbage man goes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, around 9 am. If you can't put the garbage on the sidewalk, at the time the dumpster passes, leave it to us. However, collect all the garbage from the house, depositing it in this large garbage bag. You will find garbage bags in the shed.
- Maximum 4 people in the house. Parties or events are not allowed. Important to see how you defined your reservation. Third parties and guest rooms are charged separately.
- Before leaving the house, leave dishes and other household items washed. Leave everything as you found it. Including the position of the furniture. You can place the wooden table and benches at the back of the house, but when you vacate the house, place them where you found them.
- Pets are strictly prohibited.
- Leggies: especially in the summer, it is normal for mosquitoes to appear. The house has 3 electric rackets. In the house there is electric repellent that placed in the socket helps a lot. Just buy the liquid refill. And avoid leaving the doors and windows open in the evening.
- In the shed you will find beach chairs, parasols, surfboards, rackets, garbage bags ... everything is very visible.
- If you broke something, let me know. So we can replace glasses, plates, etc.
- Be careful when opening and closing doors and windows. The only door that opens from the outside is the wooden door. The other doors can only be opened, and closed, from inside the house.
- Handle the bedroom blinds gently.
