Multitemporada presents Resencial Ponkan, located in the Gamboa neighborhood in Garopaba/SC. A cozy and pleasant space for families looking for comfort and a unique experience with a beautiful view of the sea and the convenience of being 300m from the beach. Our space has a structure surrounded by nature, with beach decor, totally relevant to the region. Furthermore, all units are air-conditioned, with a full kitchen, Smart TV and balcony with sea views. Units with beach-inspired decor, comfortable furnishings, and a privileged view of the sea. A zen atmosphere with a beautiful garden, plenty of contact with nature, and a gourmet area with a barbecue—perfect for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful sunrise.

We offer 1 covered parking space per unit.

Structure:

House 2 features 45m² of built area. It has a stunning view of Gamboa Beach.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

Unit Layout: Bedroom with a double bed and 2 extra single mattresses (if needed), 9000BTU air conditioning, 32” Smart TV, and high-quality WiFi.

Private fully equipped kitchen: 122L minibar, gas stove and oven, microwave, blender, thermal bottle, and dishes and cutlery.

Additionally, we provide premium bed and bath linen, a portable fan, and a clothes rack.

All this to ensure the greatest comfort for our guests, so you feel at home in a perfect retreat to relax and discover the best of Garopaba.
