Multitemporada presents the House Premium, which is part of the Accommodation: Ibiraquera Life in Imbituba/SC. A cozy and pleasant space for groups of up to 8 people, who seek comfort and experience just a few meters from the Lagoa (Beira da Lagoa), with an excellent view and surrounding a beach area. The property stands out for its location and view, surrounded by nature and with a lush landscape overlooking the Ibiraquera Lagoon. Finally, we have 2 delicious private bathtubs in the house!

External Structure:

The Ibiraquera Life property has a fantastic external infrastructure full of nature, a well-kept garden, a shared pool and an outdoor shower. Finally, the parking lot has 2 covered spaces.

Internal Structure:

The house has a spacious and comfortable space, consisting of: 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite, a full kitchen, a living and dining room, a private balcony with a hammock for relaxing, a patio, a terrace with a soaking tub and a panoramic view of the lake and a guest bathroom.

The bedroom configuration works as follows:

Suite: King-size bed, 50'' TV, air conditioning and standard bathtub;

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed and air conditioning;

Bedroom 2: Single trundle bed and air conditioning;

Living Room: Internal fireplace, 50'' Smart TV, single sofa bed and additional mattress;

The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, 5-burner stove, gas and electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender and kitchen utensils. In addition, we have a private barbecue grill with barbecue utensils.

To complement your comfort, we have: 200 mega WI-FI internet, bed linen and towels with blankets, pillows, sheets, pillowcases and bath and face towels.
