The apartment is 70 square meters with a balcony and barbecue, a suite with air conditioning, Queen bed and Smart TV, a room with a fan and triple bunk bed, integrated kitchen and living room also with split air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, thermal bottle, kettle, coffee strainer, pressure cooker, and all the utensils needed for a great meal. The air-conditioned living room has a 42” Smart TV. We offer Wi-Fi in the apartment, in addition to the internet provided by the condominium itself, complete bed and bath linens, iron, hairdryer, and washing machine.

- All guests must wear a condominium wristband to access the common areas (06 wristbands available).

- In case of loss, misplacement, or damage making the wristband unusable, a fine of R$150.00 will be charged.

- Access to the garage (1 space), the condominium, and the building is done with a tag given to guests at check-in.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance of the Transbeto road. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the way to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, with car rentals available.

- Around the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has a bike lane and plenty of parking spots.
