The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, thermos, kettle and strainer, pressure cooker and all the utensils needed to make a good meal. The air-conditioned living room has a 42" Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment, in addition to the internet provided by the condominium itself, complete bed and bath linens, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by Lifeguard. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for your vacation: restaurants, markets (the back gate gives direct access), shops, pharmacy, and street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Praia da Armação.

- Plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car or bike, the city has a bike path, as well as several parking spots.
