Cabin 3 spans 60m² and features two bedrooms, a mezzanine, a living room, a veranda, a seating area, and a kitchen.

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed + heating/cooling air conditioning;

Mezzanine: Queen-size bed + heating/cooling air conditioning;

Living Room: Single sofa bed;

Full kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, dinnerware and cutlery, wine glasses, a thermal carafe, and a sandwich press.

Supplies: We provide the following as a courtesy: salt, sugar, teas, seasonings, two bottles of sparkling water, and two bottles of still water. Unit amenities: 42" Smart TV, wood-burning stove, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, private hairdryer in the bathroom, full bed linen, pillows, blankets, and bath towels.

- We accept only 1 small dog (up to 10 kg) for a fee of R$75.00 per pet, per stay; please note that medium and large dogs are not permitted, and cats are not allowed;

- Our water heating system is gas-powered;

- Breakfast service is available (please inquire about rates and conditions);

- There is a barn/pavilion on the property available for guest use, subject to advance reservation and a cleaning fee of R$100.00. The space features a half-bath, sink, dishware, table and chairs, and an electric barbecue grill;

- We have 3 units that accommodate a total of 15 guests;
