Multitemporada presents Casa Sol Poente Urubici, an exclusive retreat for families, couples, and small groups who want to enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by the landscapes of the Serra Catarinense. With 100 m² of indoor area, integrated spaces, and a privileged panoramic view, the property combines comfort, privacy, and a close connection to nature.

Fully single-story, the house accommodates up to 6 people: 4 guests in beds and 2 in extra single mattresses. The design maximizes natural light, with large glass windows that allow you to admire the sunrise, sunset, and the beautiful moonrise directly from the inside.

Suites, Accommodations, and Comfort

Casa Sol Poente features 2 comfortable suites, distributed as follows:

Master suite:
Queen bed and 32-inch Smart TV placed on a movable table, so guests can reposition it as they wish.

Second suite:

2 single beds that can be combined and transformed into a queen bed.

To increase the property's capacity, 2 extra single mattresses are available upon request. The house provides a full set of linens, including bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

For stays longer than 3 nights, clean bed and bath linens are provided so guests can replace them during their stay. At the end of each visit, all used linens are replaced.

The property has 3 bathrooms: 2 private bathrooms in the suites and 1 half bath. The taps and showers have gas heating, offering extra comfort, especially on the chilly mountain days.

Thermal Comfort and Cozy Structure

To make your evenings even more special, the house features a charming indoor fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for gathering the family, relaxing, and enjoying the tranquility of the region.

The property also has 1 conventional electric heater, 1 oil-filled electric heater, and an electric towel dryer. PVC doors and windows help with sound and thermal insulation, ensuring quieter and more comfortable rooms.

At this moment, the house does not have air conditioning, but installation is planned by October.

Casa Sol Poente offers 8 Mbps Wi-Fi for guests’ connectivity. The master suite has a 32-inch Smart TV equipped with a BTV device, providing a wide selection of channels.

The TV sits on a movable table, so it can be repositioned as needed during your stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen and Integrated Space

The open-concept kitchen is a major highlight of the property. Like the other areas, much of its space features glass walls, flooding the room with light and connecting you to the surrounding landscape.

This space lets you prepare and enjoy breakfast in the sunlight while admiring the beautiful mountain view.

The kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning stove, gas stove, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pans, and basic utensils for meal preparation. The kitchen taps also provide gas-heated water.

For added convenience, there are also a coffee grinder, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, and egg cooker.

The amenities also include a fondue set, clay pot, and cast iron pot—perfect for preparing special meals and enjoying Urubici’s cold weather in comfort.

Laundry and Convenience

The property features a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine and a tap with gas-heated water. An iron is also available for greater convenience on longer stays.

Deck, Garden, and Outdoor Leisure

A covered deck wraps around about half the house, offering a pleasant space to relax, enjoy the scenery, and watch the changing colors of the sky at sunrise and sunset.

The garden has a specially prepared fire pit area with 2 benches. It's the perfect spot for gathering with family on cold nights, sharing conversation by the fire, and gazing at the mountain sky.

For social moments, the house provides a portable barbecue grill with a rotating spit, along with 1 grill rack and 4 skewers.

The yard offers plenty of space for open-air parking for several vehicles.
