With 100 m² of interior space, integrated rooms, and a privileged panoramic view, the property combines comfort, privacy, and direct contact with nature.

Entirely on one level, the house accommodates up to 6 people, with beds for 4 guests and 2 additional single mattresses. The design enhances natural lighting, with large glass areas that allow you to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and even the enchanting moonrise, all from inside the house.

Suites, Accommodations, and Comfort

Casa Sol Poente features 2 comfortable suites distributed as follows:

Main suite:
Queen bed and 32-inch Smart TV placed on a movable table, so guests can reposition it as they prefer + air conditioning.

Second suite:

1 Queen bed that can be converted into 2 single beds + air conditioning.

To increase the property’s capacity, 2 extra single mattresses are available upon request. The house offers a complete set of linens, including bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

For stays longer than 3 nights, clean bed and bath linens are provided for guests to change themselves during their stay. At the end of each stay, all used linens are replaced.

The property has 3 bathrooms: 2 private bathrooms in the suites and 1 half-bath. Both faucets and showers have gas heating, providing added comfort—especially during the mountain’s colder days.

Thermal Comfort and Cozy Atmosphere

To make mountain nights even more memorable, the house has a charming indoor fireplace, creating a cozy environment for family gatherings, relaxation, and enjoying the tranquility of the region.

The property also includes 1 conventional electric heater and 1 oil-filled electric heater, as well as an electric towel dryer. PVC doors and windows help provide thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring quieter and more comfortable spaces.

Casa Sol Poente offers 8 Mbps Wi-Fi for guests’ connectivity. The main suite has a 32-inch Smart TV equipped with a BTV device, providing a broad selection of channels.

The television is installed on a movable table, allowing it to be repositioned as needed during your stay.
