House 11 – Natural Park Guesthouse

House 11 of the Natural Park Guesthouse is a unique and welcoming accommodation of approximately 48 m², ideal for couples seeking comfort, privacy, contact with nature, and a privileged location on the banks of Ibiraquera Lagoon and close to the beach. Designed with a bungalow concept, the space has integrated living areas, as well as a veranda, patio, and a charming private deck with a fire pit and a view of the lagoon.

The accommodation does not have separate bedrooms and is organized in a spacious, integrated environment equipped with one Queen bed and capacity for up to 2 adults. The property offers one private bathroom with a shower and gas heating.

For greater comfort throughout all seasons, the sleeping area has air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. The unit also offers Wi-Fi and a 43" Smart TV with access to free SKY channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, featuring a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a toaster, ensuring convenience and autonomy throughout your stay.

One of the main highlights of House 11 is its private outdoor area. The deck facing Ibiraquera Lagoon offers a special setting to relax and enjoy the landscape, complete with a fire pit. An initial box of firewood is provided for use. If additional firewood is needed, guests can request another box for a fee of R$ 50.00.

The unit also has a private barbecue area, equipped with a grill, skewers, and all necessary utensils, allowing for greater privacy and convenience during leisure moments.

House 11 is equipped with a hair dryer. An iron can be provided upon request and should be returned after use. The accommodation does not have a washing machine or dryer.

Bedding is complete, including bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. For extended stays, cleaning and a full change of bedding are provided every 7 days. If guests request extra cleaning and bedding before this period, the service can be performed for a fee of R$ 150.00.
