The house offers comfort and elegance in a rustic and family-friendly environment, with quality furnishings. The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including:

All bedrooms have oil heaters and, based on the bed configuration described, can accommodate a total of 20 people.

There are four full bathrooms in total: two en suites and two shared bathrooms. The showers are heated by electric heating.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated and equipped. The living room has a comfortable sofa, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, wood-burning stove and oven, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, and kitchen equipment. All rooms meet the needs of guests. The bedrooms are equipped with linens. Our space also has a covered patio with four hammocks, a barbecue grill with six skewers, a grill, a sputnik, a pool table, and a game table. Outside, we have a ground-level barbecue for roasting ribs and a rotating barbecue for ribs that can hold up to three skewers. We offer one skewer for this type of use on site. We also provide three bags of firewood. If you need more, we have it in downtown Racho Queimado. A showerhead, two outdoor security cameras, a garden, parking for 6 cars, a grass field, soccer goals, a volleyball net, a swing for adults and children, a wooden deck with an incredible view, and a stream 30 meters from the house.

- If you're coming from downtown Rio de Janeiro, it's a 3 km paved road and a 2 km dirt road (a good road with easy access);
