The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other stunning beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero that directs you towards Armação beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has bike lanes and several parking areas.
