It has 90 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and an integrated kitchen and living room with split air conditioning.

The air-conditioned room has a Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (110 Mbps), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium. Furthermore, we have complete bed linens and towels, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.

- All guests must wear a condominium wristband to access common areas (8 wristbands available).

- Access to the condominium garage (1 space) is via a tag given to tenants at check-in.

- Apartment in Tower 6 on the fourth floor with a balcony and sea view. It has a protective Reiki system;

- We provide barbecue grills.

- We love pets, but unfortunately, we do not accept them in the apartment.

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and lifeguard supervision. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By Car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero World, there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By Plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Within the city: It's easy to get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle; the city has bike paths and numerous parking areas.
