It has 88 square meters with a balcony with a barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and an integrated kitchen and living room with split air conditioning.

The air-conditioned living room has a 42-inch Smart TV and a large sofa. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (300 mega), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium itself. In addition, we have complete bed linen and towels, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: Penha can be accessed via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car or by bike, the city has a bike path, as well as several parking spots.
